The USN All-In-One Wholefood 2 kg Chocolate is a high-protein shake designed to enhance physical performance. Wholefood Gainer is a muscle-building powder with a high content of protein and fiber that contains no dairy products and no soy. We have created this powder so that each protein shake supports physical performance during consecutive short bursts of high-intensity training. Lactose-free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients: Oat flour (contains gluten), rice protein concentrate, defatted cocoa powder (Theobroma cacao) 12 % – only in the chocolate flavor, rice flour, pea protein isolate, flavoring, salt, sweet potato powder, tapioca starch, thickeners (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia).

Dosage: Mix 3 scoops (125 g) with 400-500 ml of cold water.

Usage: Mix well and let it sit for 30 seconds. Use as a recovery drink 30 minutes after training and/or as a snack between meals. Another serving may be consumed before bed.

Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25 °C, out of direct sunlight. Protect from freezing.
